How are we structured?
Aqualectra Holdings owns 100% of the shares of Aqualectra N.V. and Aqualectra Multi Utility. Common shares of Aqualectra Holdings are owned 100% by the Island Territory of Curacao.
Our Supervisory Board, appointed by Aqualectra stockholder, supervises policies pursued by the Management Board.
